About This Extension & Data Usage
Smart Email Verifier Chrome Extension lets you paste or upload an email list into a browser popup and verify deliverability using your own NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or MillionVerifier API key — entirely within your browser, without requiring Google Sheets.
Your API Keys — Stored Locally in Chrome
API keys for NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or MillionVerifier are stored in Chrome's local extension storage — only on your device. They are never sent to our servers.
activeTab & storage — Required Permissions
The extension requests activeTab to allow popup interaction, and storage to persist your API key and license key locally. No other permissions are requested.
What We Do Not Access
We do not access your browsing history, page content, Gmail, Google Drive, cookies, or any personal account data. We do not store, log, or sell the email addresses you verify.
Third-Party Verification Providers
Email addresses are sent to the verification provider you select (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or MillionVerifier) solely to check deliverability. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
