A LinkedIn CRM that's one right-click away
You find the right person on LinkedIn. Then you copy their name, URL, title and company into a sheet, one field at a time. LinkedIn CRM saves the whole profile, with your tags and notes, in one click.
- 1 Copy their name from the profile
- 2 Copy the URL from the address bar
- 3 Copy the headline and company
- 4 Paste each into the right column
- 5 Type a note so you remember why
Why LinkedIn leads get lost
The people are on LinkedIn. The follow-up happens somewhere else.
The spreadsheet is copy-paste
At 90 seconds a profile, 50 people a week is over an hour of tab-switching. And the note about why you saved them is the bit that gets skipped.
A real CRM is too much
HubSpot or Salesforce wants deals, pipelines and seats before you've had a single conversation. You just want a list of people worth talking to.
LinkedIn's own saving goes nowhere
Bookmarks and saved posts can't be tagged, filtered or exported. Three weeks later you can't remember who you meant to contact, or why.
Nothing reaches the rest of your stack
Your follow-ups live in Sheets, n8n or a CRM. LinkedIn profiles don't, unless someone types them in.
How it works
A LinkedIn CRM without the CRM overhead
Save the people worth following up with, add why, and find them again later. No pipeline setup, no seats, no account to create.
Right-click β Save profile
On any profile or company page. The form opens already filled in: name, URL, headline, company, location and any visible email.
Add the context while it's fresh
Source, tags, what you did (connected, messaged, followed) and notes. Your last-used values are remembered, so a batch from one event takes seconds.
Fields that match how you sell
Add your own fields: Text, Long text, Checkbox, Date, Number. Mark them required, or have them remember the last value. "Deal stage", "Team size", "Met at" β whatever you track.
Find anyone again
A dashboard with search, people/company filters and full profile details. Up to 2,000 records, one per profile, so re-saving updates instead of duplicating.
| Saved | Tag | Deal stage | Webhook |
|---|---|---|---|
| Priya Shah Head of Growth Β· Northwind | Webinar | Warm | Sent |
| Daniel Okafor Founder Β· Brightlane | Commented | New | Sent |
| Helio Labs Company Β· 51β200 | Competitor | Research | Local |
| Sofia Marin VP Sales Β· Acme Co | Referral | Warm | Sent |
"Deal stage" is a custom field. Add your own in Settings.
Keep it in Chrome, or send it to your stack
The dashboard works on its own. Add a webhook when you want every saved profile to land somewhere else as well.
Google Sheets
Import our ready-made n8n workflow and every save becomes a row in a Leads tab.
n8n, Make or Zapier
Point the extension at a webhook URL and route profiles wherever you like.
Your CRM or database
Any endpoint that accepts JSON. Authenticate with a Bearer token or an X-API-Key header.
CSV
No webhook at all? Export the dashboard, with one column per custom field.
Saved from a person's profile
Saved from a company page
Only what's visible on the page you're viewing. Emails are saved only if the person shows one publicly.
Early access
Stop losing the people you meant to follow up with
LinkedIn CRM is built and being prepared for the Chrome Web Store. Leave your email and you'll get the install link first.
- β An email the day it's on the Chrome Web Store
- β A say in what we build next, if you want one
- β Nothing else. No newsletter, no drip sequence.
Request early access
We'll email you the install link when it's on the Chrome Web Store. Nothing else.

Questions about LinkedIn CRM
Does it send connection requests or messages for me?
No. It saves and organises the people you choose. You still connect and message them yourself on LinkedIn. That keeps your account away from the automation LinkedIn restricts accounts for.
Where is my data stored?
In your own browser, using Chrome's extension storage. Saved profiles never touch a Makeinfo server. They only leave your machine if you set up a webhook, and then they go straight to the URL you chose.
Do I need a webhook to use it?
No. Save profile works without one. Everything lands in the dashboard, and you can export to CSV whenever you want. Add a webhook later if you want profiles in Sheets or a CRM automatically.
Can I use it with Google Sheets?
Yes. We include an n8n workflow you can import: it receives each saved profile and appends a row to a Leads tab with the date, name, URL, source, tags, action and notes.
What if a webhook send fails?
The profile is still saved locally, and the dashboard marks it as failed. Fix the URL and press Re-send on that row.
When will it be available?
It's built and being prepared for the Chrome Web Store. Leave your email and we'll send you the install link as soon as it's live.

Why we actually build these tools
If we're honest, it comes down to privacy. We're a small team, not a venture-backed company with a dedicated security department, and every tool we ship starts from the same question: would we hand our own data to this? If the answer's no, we don't build it that way. That's the real reason half of what's on this site exists β not because a security badge looks good on a landing page, but because we didn't want to be the company someone else has to worry about.
