Everything you need in one run

One run. You get email, phone, job title, seniority, department, and LinkedIn URL — all for each person on your list.

🔀

Use whatever info you already have

Got a name and company? An email? A LinkedIn URL? It works with any of these — even a mix in the same list.

Know which emails to trust

Every email comes back with a confidence rating so you know exactly which ones to send to and which to double-check.

📊

Consistent job levels, no matter the title

Messy job titles get cleaned up into consistent levels — VP, Director, Manager, IC — so you can filter and prioritize without guessing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about this template

What happens if no email is found for a contact?

The row gets marked 'Not found' and shows which providers were tried. You can switch providers and try again, or move on.

How does the seniority normalization work?

Each job title gets mapped to a standard level — C-Suite, VP, Director, Manager, or IC — and assigned a department. This gives you consistent data no matter how different companies write their titles.

Can I enrich existing CRM data without overwriting good records?

Yes. There's a mode that only fills in empty cells, so verified data you already have doesn't get touched.

What's the minimum input I need per contact?

You need at least a full name and company name — or a LinkedIn URL — to get started. An email address alone can also work for a reverse lookup.
